Have you ever chargrilled capsicums on the barbeque?
It is such a delicious way to cook them – with fiery flavours!!
The capsicums can be eaten with the skin on or off. If you prefer the skin off, a handy tip to assist in the peeling process is to seal the capsicums in a plastic bag, where the gathered steam will help to loosen the peel.
They taste great on their own or in a mixture with other chargrilled vegetables and dressings.
Simple yet so delicious, this cooking technique is one that continues to be enjoyed through the generations.
